Over the years I’ve enjoyed finding solutions to many immigration problems. From reuniting families including partners and children to obtaining successful health and character waivers and overturning potential 4020 issues. We’ve overturned visa refusals on the basis of incorrect or unjust decisions and we have represented clients at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT, formerly the Migration Review Tribunal or MRT).

We’ve assisted women and men fleeing abusive relationships, families facing visa refusal due to a disability or other serious health issues and other members of the Australian community who find themselves in situations that are out of their control.

Immigration legislation is incredibly complex and it changes regularly. I take pride in keeping up with the changes to find solutions that may not be apparent right away. It is through this highly technical experience and knowledge that I’m able to lead large companies through their immigration needs as well, supporting the company’s migrant workforce with clear solutions.

I am admitted as a Solicitor in the New South Wales Supreme Court. I hold the following qualifications: Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law, 2020), Diploma of Law (Sydney, LPAB, 2019); Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice (Victoria University, 2012); Bachelor of Communications – Journalism and Politics (University of Canberra, 2006); Diploma of Journalism (Macleay College Sydney, 2002).
